How does it work?

We work on a restock basis. This means, we spend several weeks working on collections and release it all at once. This gives anyone who is interested in purchasing our pieces enough time to plan & prepare. Once we are ready to announce the restock date, we always set a countdown timer & update our Instagram bio. If there is no timer set and our bio says “TBD”, then the next date of the restock is in fact TBD. 😋 This means we’re still in the early phases of the next restock & we don’t have any complete pieces to sell yet. This is a good time to keep a sharp eye on our social media posts to see what we are currently sharing! 

I set the countdown to end & notify everyone 5 minutes before the listings will go live on the website. This means you have five minutes to get yourself on ojomarket.com to prepare. Once those 5 minutes have passed, the listings are active & they will be live in the shop. 

How do I checkout quickly?

HAVE YOUR CHECKOUT INFO SAVED NOW. We cannot stress this enough. Set up Shop Pay (Shopify's automatic checkout system) Apple Pay, or Google Pay. If you have your face recognition or thumbprint saved on your phone, you can actually check out instantly without having to waste time typing in any information.

Once the countdown timer has ended, the shop will be restocked and all of the pieces you’ve seen highlighted in our stories for that month will go live! 

 At this point, visit our website to purchase your desired piece. As a heads up, a lot of awesome shoppers can be incredibly speedy at checking out because they have planned out what they want to purchase. I really like this specific pair of earrings from your post awhile back. How can I order them?

If they are not in our shop then they have been sold out. The caption on the post will say “SOLD” if they were part of a former collection and if there are none left to purchase. Almost all of our pieces are one of a kind or at least a very very small batch, so once they sell out, they are gone. This doesn’t mean they won’t eventually pop up in the shop again down the road. But we can’t guarantee we will remake any former styles as we are eager to try new ideas & new designs that we have been planning out over the past year. Due to the nature of polymer clay, the process of jewelry making is very slow. So our ideas for new pieces have been stacking up as we try to finish collections as quick as we can. 😅

Do you offer custom orders, pre-orders or reservations?

No. At this point, we want to just create a large batch of earrings and sell them as-is. We like to be as quick as possible with our shipping times, so we only have pieces that are “ready to ship” vs. “made to order.” We don’t have any options for preorder, special orders, or reservations prior to a restock. We want to make sure there’s a level playing field and everyone gets a perfectly fair shot at what they like! ☺️


Do you ship internationally?

Currently we offer shipping to United States territories, Canada, and Mexico.


What is the price range of your jewelry?

It typically can range from $30-$70 just depending on the level of detail and amount of time we have spent on them. We generally do not know the prices until the week of a collection/restock, so please sign up to our newsletter (found on the front page) to receive any shop updates prior to a collection. The email will include a general price range of the collection. We will only ever send 1 email per restock with inventory details. You can expect to receive this email an hour or two prior to the restock.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

Seeing as hypoallergenic is a somewhat subjective term and everyone's body is different, rather than claiming to be hypoallergenic we find it's better to list the earring post material on each and every listing and let you determine if it will be hypoallergenic for you. You likely know what material you're sensitive to, so please review the listing BEFORE purchase. As a quick reference here are the some of the materials we currently use for posts:

How long will it take for me to get my earrings?

Orders are processed in 7-10 business days. This does NOT include shipping time, which is usually another 2-5 days. For more shipping details please refer to our shipping policies. We cannot guarantee a delivery date.
